Frequently asked questions

Go to Book courts, choose the type of court, the day and the time, add equipment if you need it and press “Confirm booking”. If you are a member, you also choose who you play with before confirming.

If the booking has an amount to pay, it is created pending payment and you have 15 minutes to pay for it.

With an account you can book for today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Without logging in you can only book for today and tomorrow. Times that have already passed are not shown.

Padel courts are always for 4 players. The tennis court can be booked for 2 or for 4.

• Members: up to 3 bookings per day. Non-members: up to 2 bookings per day.
• Everyone: at most one booking per court and day, and never two of your bookings overlapping in time.

In the booking calendar, the times you cannot book are marked and show you the reason.

Members can add their close friends or any registered user. Non-members book for themselves and the remaining places are guests.

Any place not assigned to a registered user is a guest place.

A guest is simply a free place in the booking: there is no need to give their name. Each guest place costs €9 and is paid by whoever makes the booking, together with the rest of the amount, in a single payment.

Guest places never generate returned matches.

Yes: whoever creates the booking must have a profile photo. The players you add to your booking don't need one. You can upload it from My account.

Yes, by giving your email address and phone number (it can't be an email that already has an account). If you later sign up with that same email, those bookings will appear in your account.

If you are not a member and you have a match pack, being added to someone else's booking uses one match from your pack. You will receive an email to confirm that use within the 15-minute payment window.

The price is per place and does not depend on the court, the day or the time:

• Members: the 1st match of the day is free; the 2nd and 3rd cost €5 each.
• Non-members: €9 per place, or €0 if you use a match from your pack or a returned match.
• Guests: €9 per place.

Yes. If you book 2 hours or less in advance, the 2nd and 3rd matches of the day are free for members.

By the order in which the bookings are created, not by the playing time. Padel and tennis matches count together.

Yes, when booking you can add up to 4 paddles or rackets, at €2 each.

No. The price of each place is fixed when the booking is created.

Go to My bookings, open the booking and press “Cancel booking”. You will have to write a short reason. Any registered player in the booking can cancel it while it is confirmed and has not started.

If the booking is still pending payment, whoever created it can cancel it directly.

Yes, always. As soon as you cancel, the booking is cancelled and the court becomes available to other players again. There is no longer any need to wait for anyone to approve the cancellation.

Players with an account who had paid for their place get their match back straight away, automatically, without any review. Pack matches and returned matches used in the booking are also given back.

No: refunds are made in matches, never in money. Each paid place becomes a match for your next booking:

• A €5 member place is returned as a member match.
• A €9 non-member place is returned as a place match.

The match always goes to the player who held that place, even if someone else paid for it.

The court is freed all the same, but if someone had paid (with money, with a pack match or with a returned match), the club reviews the refund. The decision applies to all players at once: either everyone gets it back or nobody does.

No. While the refund is pending you will see “Refund pending” in your booking and you won't be able to use those matches until the club decides. Pack or returned matches used in the booking are also held until then.

You will see it in the cancelled booking in My bookings and you will receive an email:

• Refunded: the matches are added to your account and you can use them.
• Refund denied: nothing is returned and we tell you the reason given by the club.

For example, if everyone was a member playing their free match of the day. In that case there is nothing to refund or review: the booking is simply cancelled.

Guest places are never refunded automatically, however much notice you give. The club handles it directly with the person who made the booking. This does not delay the refund of the players with an account.

No: a cancellation cannot be withdrawn, because the court is freed straight away. If you still want to play, book again if the court is still free.

• More than 3 hours before: a booking cancelled email telling you the matches we are returning.
• 3 hours or less and pending review: an email letting you know that your booking has been cancelled and that the club will review the refund. When the club decides, you will receive another email with the returned matches or with the reason why it was denied.
• If there was nothing to refund: the usual booking cancelled email.

If you have the app notifications turned on, you will also get an alert on your phone.

It is a credit you receive when a booking in which you had a paid place is cancelled. It is used to pay for your own place in a future court booking. It is not money: it cannot be withdrawn, transferred or used for packs, lessons or fees.

• Member matches: cover your 2nd or 3rd match of the day as a member.
• Place matches: cover your €9 place as a non-member.

You only have the type that matches your current status: if you become a member or stop being one, your matches change type.

They are applied automatically to your place when you book (or when someone adds you to their booking), oldest first and at most one per booking. If you also have a pack, the returned match is used first. In the breakdown you will see “Returned match” at €0.

No, returned matches do not expire.

Guest places, rented equipment, free places, bookings that were never paid and matches already played. Nothing is returned either when the club denies the refund.

You will always see a counter next to your profile photo, and in My bookings there is a “Returned matches” block with their history.

• Your 1st match of each day is free, and the 2nd and 3rd cost €5.
• You can make up to 3 bookings per day (non-members, 2).
• You can add other registered users to your bookings and keep a list of close friends.
• Member price for private lessons.

From Become a member, while logged in: choose the fee type and fill in your personal and bank details. The club reviews the application and lets you know by email when it is approved or, if it is rejected, why.

Monthly fee per person: Individual €49.5, Couple €43 per person and Under 18 €24. The fee is not paid on the website: the club collects it by direct debit from the bank account you give in the application.

No, packs are only for non-members. As a member you already have your first match of each day for free.

A set of prepaid matches for non-members, valid for both padel and tennis. You can see the available packs and their prices in Booking packs.

Choose the pack in Booking packs and pay by card. You can only have one pack at a time: you can't buy another while you have matches left in the current one or one pending payment. A pack pending payment can be paid for 15 minutes; after that it expires.

When the booking is created, one match is automatically taken from the pack for your place. If the booking expires or the payment fails, the match goes back to the pack; if it is cancelled, it follows the same rules as any other refund.

They have no expiry date: a pack only runs out when you have used all its matches.

In Booking packs you see your current packs, and in the “Packs” tab of My account you have the history with the detail of each match.

By card, through the bank's secure payment gateway. Whoever creates the booking pays the total amount (including guest places and equipment) in a single payment.

15 minutes from when you create the booking. If it is not paid in time, the booking is cancelled, the court is freed and we let you know by email.

Yes. With “Share payment link” you can send the link to anyone, and they will be able to pay without logging in.

If the card is declined, you can try another one on the same payment screen. If you cancel the payment in the gateway, the booking ends in error and the court is freed: you will have to book again.

The booking is not confirmed, but you don't lose what you paid: it is returned to you as returned matches.

In Create an account, with a username, your email and a password of 6 to 30 characters with at least one letter and one number. When you finish, you are already logged in.

Request a link in Reset password. It will reach you by email, it is valid for 1 hour and can only be used once. Changing your password logs you out of your other devices.

In My account you can change your profile photo and, in “Account settings”, your username, your email and your password. The language is changed from your account menu.

Yes. As well as the emails, the app can send you notifications: a reminder 1 hour before playing, confirmations, cancellations, when someone adds you to a booking, when a payment is about to expire and when you receive a returned match. Turn them on in the “Notifications” tab of My account.

The app is installed from the browser, without going through any store. Follow the step-by-step installation guide for iPhone and Android. On iPhone, notifications only work with the app added to the home screen.
